We have a great big blue parrot named Bryan in our tree.

I'm not kidding.

His owner kept vigil under the tree for hours yesterday but finally went home with the promise to return early this morning.  We can't see him but we can hear him. He asked for a drink of water and so Martin, his owner set up his perch and it has peanuts and water but so far he has not come down.

It's a great spot. The tree is perhaps the tallest in the neighbourhood. He can watch everythng from up there.



Sometimes he laughs but Martin says that he only does that when he's nervous.  It's weird having a big ass parrot in your tree laughing.

Okay, so this is Bryan. He is cool. He is blue. He is home now.

Bryan and Martin are reunited and looking forward to the next eighty years together!
