A Painting a Day (I can't believe I spelt eclectic right!)

This is my personal favorite. I would have kept this one if it hadn't sold.  I was happy to donate it though. Back in 2005 The Little Art Show was great. It was held at the BMW building in Toronto, was only ten dollars to get in, the booze was cheap, the crowd was an eclectic bunch of patrons and there was dancing! 

This will be the first year I have not donated a painting.  The format has changed so much over the years that now its almost like you have to sign an agreement that says "No Kindness Will Go Unpunished" before submitting.  Given the fact that I am almost paralized by depression AND THEY WANT A SUBMISSION FOR JURY FEE AND I HAVE TO PAINT A SQUARE 10" x 10" canvas (horrible) which will be hung like a brickwork in a tiny gallery  I decided to pass.

I'm not really a bitch.  I'm just depressed and it makes every thing I say sound bitchy.
