So I sent a young woman my book to read.
Jun. 21st, 2014 08:35 amAck. I am crazy right? It is 37,000 words. But we were talking about graphic novels. She is working on one. This might work as one.
I am sure it will be alright. I should just calm down. I keep thinking of the scene in American Splendor when he is sitting in a restaurant dieing the death that cowards die while Bob Crumb leafs through his writing. But of course that turns out well. They wouldn't have made a movie about it if it hadn't.
This will just turn out to be a desperate posting on Livejournal, the soon to be defunct blog platform based in the soon to be AGAIN dreaded Russian empire.
Right?
This is worse than meeting nice girls I think might like to date my sons. If she rejects this baby I might have to kill it.
