sisterpaintingSister Elaine is a Catholic Nun and also a Roshi in the Sanbo Kyodan Lineage.  She still sits with the Toronto Zendo on Tuesdays.

She also established "Freeing the Spirit" a volunteer organization that teaches meditation and yoga to inmates.
